LET THERE BE CAKE - ART PERFORMANCE
Dressed in white chef’s outfits, unique cake sculptures were crafted in sync with music. Each performer approached a glass cake stand equipped with brownies, whipped cream canisters, and a selection of colourful fruits, decorations, and sparklers. At the conclusion of the performance, the cakes were shared with the audience, turning the spectators into participants in this celebration of creativity, community, and the joy of shared indulgence. SPIRIT OF A VANISHING WORLD
"Spirit of a Vanishing World" is a collection of 5 prints that seamlessly blends the contemporary with the ancient. Bev Sage's artwork captures the essence of Morocco's Berber culture through the lens of five Berber women and their dowries. The bold and vibrant colours invoked in her Limited Edition A/P prints enhance the relationship between these women weighed down by their beautiful jewels, creating a sense of timelessness and magic. Her colour palette evokes the particular qualities of sunshine, orange blush buildings and the blue black of the night sky that she experienced first-hand in Morocco. Find out more here.
